Did you know celery juice helps heal acne and several skin conditions? In conjunction with the right products for your skin, celery juice is a powerful tool to help clear skin.

When we’re talking about the benefits of juicing, we need to be clear about the the pure, straight, unadulterated celery juice and no other variation of it. You’ll miss out on the full healing power which benefits the brain, pathogen protection, antioxidants, and not to mention the power of potent sodium clusters and the detox effect in the liver!

Here’s how it works:

Acne is caused by streptococcus bacteria that has strengthened over time from antibiotics. It nests into the liver and when the liver and lymphatic system weaken, strep can travel and reach the skin. Celery juice’s sodium cluster salts act as an antiseptic and expose and destroy strep bacteria. Celery juice also strengthens the immune system and liver so it can help kill off the strep and help prevent it from becoming acne in the future.

Here’s what to do:

Buy a juicer. Your first one should be a cheap conventional one from Walmart for $40.00 to see if you really like the taste. If juicing is for you, graduate to a better MASTICATING JUICER (cold press/slow juicer- the motor is slower and it generates less heat that kills good enzymes). They can cost anywhere from $250-$500 depending on the model. Head over to my Amazon shop link here to see the different juicers I recommend. Here is my favorite juicer that is easy to use and easy to clean!

Here’s how to drink it:

  1. Trim about a quarter inch off the base of the celery bunch or break apart at the stalks.
  2. Rinse the celery 
  3. Run the celery through the juicer of your choice.
  4. Strain the juice if desired to remove any grit or stray pieces of pulp.
  5. Drink immediately, on an empty stomach, for best results.
  6. Wait at least 15-30 minutes after drinking your celery juice before consuming anything else.

That’s it! It is that easy!

Too afraid to try it?

Don’t worry I WAS YOU ONCE! Straight up celery juice??? NO THANK YOU!! Work your way into straight celery juice by adding apples or ginger until you have developed an acquired taste. Then you’ll start seeing results over time!

Kiwi Smash

3 kiwis
2 apples
1/2 cucumber
5 celery stalks
1 handful of spinach leaves

Peel kiwis and cut in half. Core apples and cut into slices.
Juice all together. Serve immediately
